Your refund is less than the original order total because, if you purchased a return label and requested the refund to your original payment method, a $9.95 return label fee plus a 2.5% restocking fee have been deducted.
Please note that the original shipping charge, if included on your invoice, is non-refundable.
Tip: If you choose store credit instead, the return shipping and restocking fees will be waived.
